Established in 2004, we’re a professional Management Consultancy, focussed on optimising our clients’ Products, Services and Processes. We work in all industry sectors and all working environments, from strategy and the board room, down to the nuts and bolts of the shop floor and beyond. Our clients include many major corporations, such as: Bentley, BT, Cooper Industries, Linde AG and Vaillant Group to name but a few. We also undertake engagements for merchant banks and other management consultancies.

We believe that a key reason for our success is that we develop long term relationships with our clients based on trust and delivering results. Over 80% of our engagements are repeat business from our existing client base, which demonstrates their trust in us to help them achieve their current and future goals.

We are an extremely flexible and scalable organisation and we continuously adapt to meet the requirements of our clients. We undertake engagements of vastly different sizes - the smallest to date has been to provide ‘ad hoc’ telephone coaching to meet the specific, but occasional, needs of a regular client. At the other extreme, we have multi-consultant teams adding value to our clients businesses on multi-site and even multi-country basis.

Robert Gascoyne, Founder & CEO of Robert Gascoyne Consulting

Founder and CEO, Robert Gascoyne, has an impressive track record in product, service, and process design and optimisation. His career started in high technology Engineering in 1983, followed by consulting on Engineering projects, before moving into professional Management Consulting in 1997, where he was designing, developing and delivering major change and business transformation projects. Prior to establishing Robert Gascoyne Consulting, Robert was Director of a leading consultancy primarily offering Lean and Six Sigma services to its clients.

Whilst Robert’s career has focussed on the design and optimisation of Products, Services and Processes, he believes that the primary reason for his success is his diverse background. This diversity has provided him with the knowledge and skills to rapidly understand, analyse and ultimately add value. This spans the ‘grass roots’ understanding of production minutia gained from his full Engineering Apprenticeship to his deep understanding of products and processes from ‘first principles’, gained from his engineering career, combined with his academic and research roles. His strategic, organisational and management development skills have developed over his 19 years in consulting roles, ‘making it happen’.
